Employee Spotlight: Jerald Marrari
Meet Jerald Marrari, an electrical apprentice at CarmTech Electric Ltd. Jerald started his career five years ago, and he definitely has a bright future ahead.
It’s tough to put into words Jerald’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring him on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for his efforts.
A little information about Jerald:
In the first semester of his last year of high school, Jerald came to me as a co-op placement. From the point of introduction, I was able to distinguish that Jerald was motivated and determined to succeed. Jerald eventually returned to school to complete the second semester of his final year and graduate. After his graduation, he called to inquire about a permanent position in June. At that time, another apprentice was not really a necessity for CarmTech Electric Ltd; however, I saw something in Jerald that made it essential for me to have him as part of our team. Jerald is the youngest in my team, although you would never know by examining the quality and condition of his performance. I have seen him learn and grow throughout his time here, and I feel it is important to acknowledge his dedication to learning and achieving his goal. Jerald is a true asset to our team.

What we appreciate the most about Jerald is that he puts feedback into action, anticipates the needs of a project in order to save time, actively listens to details, welcomes criticism, and embraces challenges as an opportunity.
Moreover, he can work in a team structure, plan, organize, and prioritize work. He invariably goes the extra mile, always willing to listen and learn. We can count on him with any task as he is flexible, dependable, and honest.
As you can see, Jerald is quite committed and dedicated to his job at CarmTech Electric Ltd, and we absolutely love the integrity with which he works.
When we asked him why he loves working with us, he grinned and said: “Throughout my time with Carmtech Electric Ltd, I have learned many essential skills of the trade. The friendships I’ve made, the knowledge I’ve learned, and all the amazing experiences I’ve had with the company are what make me love my job! I have grown as an apprentice and look forward to using the knowledge and abilities I have mastered to facilitate my career as an electrician.”
